Most of Tahiti resorts are located right on the beach. But even if you aren't on the beach it will never be far to get to one. Most major resorts will hold an Island Night at least once a week. This is your chance to sample the local cuisine and watch or participate in Tahiti dancing.
If you wish to take island tours, go diving, sport or game fishing, most resorts and hotels will be able to help you with this.
If you are traveling as a family, many of the resorts have special deals, discounted meals, kids clubs, babysitting available and so on. Ask for details when you email them.
On the other hand, if you are choosing French Polynesia for your honeymoon or wedding destination, many of the larger resorts will be able to help you with arrangements for your paradise vacation of a lifetime.
